Volvo Car UK has announced that it is to be the headline sponsor of the Baby Show this year.
The automaker has played a strong part in the development of child safety in vehicles, incorporating ideas into its modern range of automobiles.
Indeed, the firm was the first in the industry to develop crash-test dummies for young members of the family, in addition to pregnant women.
"Volvo’s safety philosophy is based on a holistic approach which sees real life accident data incorporated in new car designs and tested at Volvo’s Safety Centre in Sweden – the most advanced in the world," the company commented.
The exhibition takes place at Earls Court in London from October 19th to 21st before moving on to ExCeL and Birmingham later in the show.
Dedicated to the rearing of young children, the baby show offers "a great day out" for the family, with "expert information and advice" on hand, according to the event’s official site.
