Individuals looking to drive around a growing family may find a Vauxhall Golf Estate to be the ideal vehicle for them, it has been stated.
Writing for Fleet Directory, Lee Sibbald revealed that the Estate is "a good alternative for growing families, offering plenty of space and all the usual reasons for buying a Golf".
Buyers of one of the range’s diesel offerings will also benefit from improved fuel efficiency, as the 1.9-litre TDI engine can achieve 54.3 miles per gallon of fuel.
This is in stark contrast to the 38.2 miles that can be gained from the 1.6-litre petrol engine.
Furthermore, Mr Sibbald highlighted that second hand demand for Golf’s tend to be quite strong, meaning that residual values will remain high when it comes to trading in for a new vehicle.
A range of options are available with one likely to suit all potential buyers, although the manufacturer estimates that many will choose the basic S-trim level, alongside the above mentioned diesel engine.
Some 1,550 litres of luggage capacity is available in the Golf Estate.
