A new advertising campaign has been launched to promote the Volkswagen Golf G6, the latest version of the used Volkswagen Golf, UTalkMarketing.com revealed yesterday (February 17th).
The project, which is being carried out by Touch DDB, will see a range of packs sent out in envelopes made with the same moleskin finish which features in the car.
The packs will also contain notes inviting targeted customers to come to a showroom to get a closer look at the new vehicle and its improvements.
Claire Noble, retailer marketing manager for the German automaker, explained that the Golf has long been a popular choice for drivers in the UK.
She told the news provider: “The Volkswagen Golf is one of the most iconic cars in British history and has led the market for over 30 years.
“Over six generations, the Volkswagen Golf has set the benchmark in hatchback motoring, innovation and style.”
Ms Noble added that she expected the launch to “set new benchmarks”, particularly through Touch DDB’s customer retail experience.
The first ever Volkswagen Golf hit the market in 1974.
