Corsavan picks up “prized silverware”

Despite only being on the market for a short time, the Corsavan has been recognised at the Professional Van and Light Truck (PVLT) awards at the CV Show in Birmingham.

The vehicle, which is the most recent addition to Vauxhall’s van range, was named ‘car-derived van of the year’ at the event.

Judges for the award included journalists from PVLT magazine as well as experts from the LCV industry, including leasing specialists and fleet buyers.

The Corsavan was praised for its combination of style and performance with practicality.

Tim Campbell, PVLT magazine’s managing director, said: "This van is without a doubt the best in its sector.

"It looks good, it drives brilliantly and yet it is still a properly functional commercial vehicle and not just a converted hatchback."

The Corsavan is the latest member of Vauxhall’s LCV range to receive an award, following the Vivaro’s van of the year accolade in last year’s PVLT awards.
