Motorists on the look out for a new car and who fancy their chances when playing pool could enter a competition where they could win a Vauxhall Corsa.
The Midweek Herald newspaper in Devon reports that 20 potential pool sharks will be given the chance to play against one of the sport’s legendary British stars Keith Brewer.
A knock-out tournament will discover the 20 players to make it through to play against Britain’s most successful pool player, who now is a commentator on Sky television and has won over 500 British and European titles.
Elaine Montgomery, owner of the Orange Tree, where the event will be held, told the publication of how the evening will be run on May 4th.
She said: "The best ten players out of the original 20, who either beat Keith or have the least amount of pool balls left on the table, will be issued with a pool lottery ticket and have the chance to win a brand new Vauxhall Corsa."
The winner of the event will gain a car that offers a combined fuel economy of 62.8 miles per gallon, while generating CO2 emissions of 119g/km.
