Renault look set to be the busiest manufacturer at this year’s Frankfurt Motor Show, modelling five new production cars and two concepts.
While the firm has been looking to keep the vehicles under wraps, details of the top-secret automobiles have emerged a month before the exhibition begins.
Among the company’s wares on display will be the first estate model of its Clio line, the Clio Sport Tourer.
Its angled rear screen, spaciousness and the volume of its luggage area makes it an ideal leisure vehicle, while its 4.2 metre length means it is a compact alternative to similar vehicles on the market.
The French manufacturer will also unveil the Hatch and Sport Tourer versions of the New Laguna, which will be on sale in the UK from October 2007 and January 2008 respectively.
Meanwhile, CCTV has announced that the firm is to build a £600 million factory in Indonesia.
