Ford’s Galaxy and the award-winning S-Max will "continue to evolve in 2007", the manufacturer has said, with new features and specifications being added to both models.
From May 2007, both of the models will be available with the Duratorq TDCi diesel engine as well as Ford’s six-speed Durashift automatic gearbox.
An upgraded human machine interface (HMI) system, consisting of three different levels of cluster displays, has been incorporated into the new Galaxy and S-Max models.
One particular HIM setup, the Ford Convers+ system, including a full colour six-inch screen, will come as standard on the S-Max Titanium model.
Sports packs for the S-Max Zetec and Titanium models will include17- and 18-inch wheels, sports suspension and partial leather-trimmed seats. A body styling kit will also be available with the Titanium.
Electronic stability programmes will be included as standard across both the Galaxy and S-Max ranges.
