The marathon relay celebrating the 60th anniversary of Ferrari starts in Belfast today, with a fleet of V12 Ferraris visiting dealers across the UK for the next four days.
Belfast’s Charles Hurst dealership will be the starting point for the tour, which will then move to Stranraer and Graypaul, Edinburgh before arriving at JCT 600 in Leeds.
The relay will also visit Manchester, Nottingham, Little Aston and the Dick Lovett dealership in Cardiff, the only official site serving Ferrari customers in Wales.
Owners of Ferraris new and old from all over the UK will join the tour as it makes its way across Britain.
Dealerships will also be getting involved by providing clients with the opportunity to drive a 612 Scaglietti, a 599 GTB Fiorano or another Ferrari-approved V12, such as the 575M or the 456.
The UK leg of the 60th anniversary tour is a comparatively minor part of the event, which started in January 29th and will have taken the Ferrari relay through the Middle East, China, Japan, Australia, South Africa and Europe by the time it is finished.
Maranello, Italy, will be the final destination for the convoy, where gifts donated by the countries that have hosted the tour will be sold at a charity auction on June 23rd.
