Citroen has received the 10,000th order for its C4 Picasso, the manufacturer announced today, in a week where it also received a motoring award.
Named as the best multi-purpose vehicle by Auto Express magazine, the C4 Picasso was also given this accolade earlier in the year by What Car? magazine.
"Citroen’s C4 Picasso is one of the most striking and handsome MPVs money can buy," remarked editor of Auto Express David Johns. "It’s packed with delightful design ideas."
Mr Johns added that it has a contemporary design on the outside but also has a number of interior elements which combine to make it a deserving winner.
Meanwhile, the 10,000th customer was named as Exeter’s Dave Boustead, who said he was instantly impressed with the car and planned to use it for both work and play.
According to Citroen, prices for the C4 Picasso start at £14,550.
