Dodge will be looking to take spectators at the Frankfurt Motor Show on a journey when it unveils its latest vehicle in September 2007.
The manufacturer’s Journey family crossover car brings the space and practicality of an MPV together with the style of an SUV.
All this with the handling and efficiency of fuel of a family saloon vehicle, it added.
The car has also prioritised safety, featuring three row side curtain airbags to keep the driver and passengers from harm.
Motorists will have to wait until summer 2008 to get behind the wheel of the Journey, but Peter Lambert, managing director of Chrysler Group UK, commented that it would be worth it.
"Families that need space for [approximately seven]will love the flexible seating system, spacious storage bins and underfloor storage areas," he said.
In the mid-2000s, Dodge released the Chrysler Neon in the UK its first release under the banner following the collapse of Chrysler Europe in 1977.
