RG Active is a vibrant Specialist Coaching and triathlon business. It was set up in 2007 by the co-founders John Brame and Dermott Hayes with the intention of offering people new, innovative sporting products and services outside of the mainstream marketplace. The Company started with a single Coached Open Water swim session and since 2009, it now offers 6-7 sessions a week across numerous sports in numerous parts of London as well as offering 1-2-1 specialist Coaching in the Swim, Bike and Run disciplines, Personal Training, Kayaking and lots more.
