Seat unleashes Freetrack prototype

Seat is displaying its new four-wheel-drive Altea Freeback prototype at the Geneva Motor Show.

The new model, based upon the Altea XL vehicle, possesses a number of features which make it stand out from the original.

The vehicle is almost 200 mm higher than the Altea XL, meaning that it has a better approach, departure and ramp breakover angles.

Set to arrive in the form of the Altea Freeback in the near future, the prototype also has Seat’s 240 PS 2.0 T FSI engine, ensuring that drivers can look forward to an adventurous drive.

Other outstanding features include a highly comfortable interior, featuring two-tone brown and white leather upholstery, a tinted roof and luggage rack.

The car might just be the perfect choice for those drivers who want to deal with the most challenging of off-road terrain but also want to have a car capable of delivering a high-performance motoring experience.
