Audi has released details of its new compact executive saloon just days
before its unveiling at the Frankfurt International Motor Show.
The vehicle is set to go on display at the exhibition from September
13th 2007 to September 23rd 2007, while people in the UK can order it from September 11th 2007.
Engine sizes vary from a 1.8 TFSI 160PS to a 3.0 TDI 240PS, with
customisable throttle, steering and suspension characteristics in order to suit the needs of the driver.
The manufacturer has called the model "the sportiest car in the premium
compact executive sector".
"All new Audi dynamic steering and for quattro models, the latest generation of the four-wheel-drive system with driver-oriented 40:60 torque split also help to reinforce the overtly sporting slant," the firm added.
Other sporty vehicles from the German company include the Audi R8, R10 and Sport Quattro.
