Owners of an Audi A4 who want a little more from their vehicle may find a new addition to the range to be just what they are looking for.
According to Top Gear, the Audi A4 Allroad is "an A4 with pretentions of multi-tasking".
Writing a review of the A4 Allroad 2.0 TDI quattro for the publication, Tom Ford states that the vehicle has the capacity to carry a large amount of luggage and the seats are raised so that goods can be loaded at a higher height.
Furthermore, Mr Ford remarks that the vehicle "looks more butch than a stock A4", while on the road it more closely resembles a normal estate car than an SUV.
However, Mr Ford added that motorists will be able to get more satisfaction from the vehicle off-road than they may have believed and "more than any SUV owner would generally need".
He concluded be commenting that the vehicle is the ideal choice for a person looking for a car that has the attributes of an SUV, but do not actually want one of the vehicles.
Among the other highlights of the Audi A4 Allroad is the fitting of a single-frame grille and a stainless steel underbody guard.
